Our Refund Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note that refunds are discretionary and decisions will be taken on a case by case basis. Refund requests will be considered on their merits that you submit all relevant information, such as the motives for the request and your OCRMyCaptcha user credentials and Order details. You may contact our Customer Support department at firstname.lastname@example.org to evaluate your case.
We will endeavor to deal with refund requests within 5 to 8 business days.
Additionally, we hold the right to, at our own discretion, automatically reimburse your purchase upon any signs of fraudulent activities.
We are unable to refund money used in submitted images and/or time expired CAPTCHA packages. Once any CAPTCHA is sent, that sale is final and is non refundable. However, if you feel your concern's exceptional, you may send your request through our Support channels, so we can revise it to make a fair and reasonable decision.
